Step 1: Installing contractor is required to troubleshoot the defective unit/part. This may require contacting the respective manufacturer technical support line. When contacting the manufacturer, document any reference or case numbers as they will be needed for warranty resolution.
Step 2: Homeowner or Installing Contractor will complete this form.
Step 3: We will issue a return label to customer or schedule a truck to come pick up defective part ONLY IF THE MANUFACTURER WANTS THE PART BACK FOR TESTING. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In order to expedite the process, customer has the option to purchase the replacement part and will be issued a credit for that purchase upon receipt of defective item less shipping costs. THE FASTEST SOLUTION IS TO BUY ANOTHER PART WHILE WARRANTY PROCESS IS FOLLOWED.
Step 4: Upon receipt of defective unit, we will issue a credit to the customer less any shipping costs or ship a replacement unit/part to the customer.
