Features: 
A simple one-time installation of a Drain Guard T-Body assembly and cartridge provides a slow-releasing formula that provides drain protection for up to six months. The unit's transparent design allows for a quick view to ensure the Drain Guard unit is activated and when the next Drain Guard cartridge is needed. After the initial cartridge is exhausted, a kit that contains two cartridges allows up to 12-months of protection against condensate drain line failure.

Installation instructions:
Once a licensed HVAC contractor has verified the condensate drain is cleaned and free of obstructions, Drain Guard may be installed. Once Drain Guard is installed, run the HVAC system and look for any leaks, as this is a sealed component. Ensure all glue joints are watertight. Do not glue the cartridge to the body assembly, as this is sealed by the gasket provided. For cartridge replacement, unthread cartridge from tee body, replace with gasket provided and thread new cartridge onto tee body.
