Offering 12,000 BTU cooling capacity and 11,400 BTU heating capacity, this Energy Efficient and Energy Smart Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner has 3.2 Moisture Removal (Pints/hr.), R410A Refrigerant, and 265 Volts.
