The Friedrich EMOCT is an Energy Management Online Connection Kit, which allows you to connect and control all of your PTAC or VTAC units through a central system.
It simply connects all of your units through a port in a central server room for your property.
The EMOCT is compatible with both the EMRT2 wired and the EMWRT2 wireless Energy Management Thermostats.
Connecting an Energy Management System within your property allows you an affordable way to control up to 1024 individual units from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
Connection of the Energy Management System creates a wireless mesh network which allows the thermostats to communicate with the server.
Connecting a system like this will deliver energy savings without compromising your guests comfort.
Can be used with the following heating/cooling applications:
Single Stage Heat - Cool PTAC Units.
Single Stage Heat Pump PTAC Units with or without Electric Heat.
It can also be used with Friedrich Vert-I-Paks.
