A novel shaft design provides both automatic alignment of the damper with the shaft and a position indicator.
Aspring- loaded disengagement button to momentarily release main gear and damper blade allows for manual positioning of installed dampers.
Recessed electrical connections provide protection, as well as visibility and easy access for wiring without removing a cover.
