Adhesive Sealant, Building Construction, 10 oz Cartridge, Translucent, 200 degC Flash Point.
BOSS® 125 Multi-Seal® Building/Construction Sealant is a multipurpose, one part sealant, formulated with USP™ Technology. This unique sealant is free from solvents and isocyanates. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a highly durable flexible sealant.
Features:
Seals construction joints in concrete structures, masonry joints, balcony, window, and door perimeter joints, facade and metal cladding joints, aluminum angle joints, curbs, exterior mastic, pinhole repairs, and shower screens.
Cures upon exposure to moisture in the air to form a strong, flexible seal.
Can also be applied to flashings, vents, downspouts, gutters, and tiles.
Can be applied in any season.
Adheres to damp and non-porous surfaces.
One-part sealant, no mixing required.
Tested up to 5000 hours showed no signs of discoloration, chalking, or cracking.
Superior weather resistance. Unaffected by sun exposure, rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
UV protected and will not discolor, stain or streak.
Remains flexible without cracking or drying out over time.
Non-slump sealant can be applied in vertical, horizontal, and overhead joints.
Bonds to Kynar 500 coatings.
Tack Free Time: ~20 minutes.
Cure Time: approx 7 days at 77-degrees Fahrenheit.
Application Temperature: -35 to 140-degrees Fahrenheit.
Service Temperature: -40 to 200-degrees Fahrenheit.
Seal Color: Translucent (see additional info section below for all available colors).
Shelf Life: 1 year when stored unopened at or below 90-degrees Fahrenheit.
